Designers, developers, copywriters, meme-makers (aka social media folks), UI/UX peeps, brand strategists - you name it. If you’re creative and mildly obsessed with pixels, words or code; you’ll fit right in.
2. Can I send my resume even if there’s no job listed?
Big yes. We love surprise talent drops. Email us your resumeor portfolio or even smoke signals at namaste@zwantum.com and we’ll keep it on file for future hunts.
3. How does the hiring process go down?
You apply.
We stalk your work (professionally, we promise).
If we vibe, we’ll send over a mini task or hop on a call.

100%. We love giving new talent a chance to shine. And yes, we actually teach stuff - and pay too!
6. What should I put in my portfolio?
Show us what makes you, you. We like work with personality -real projects, passion projects, even that weird idea you thought nobody would get (we probably will).
7. When will I hear back after applying?
Within 1–2 weeks of coming across your application. We don't send rejection mails. Thus, if you don't get you hear from us, do take it.
